Commercial property with water loss

Commercial Water Loss

Our goal for commercial clients is to get their businesses up and to run quickly in the event of water or fire damage. That is what happened in this Memphis area warehouse. When a main water burst, a portion of this building was flooded. It caused this business to halt, potentially creating further damage to the building if not adequately mitigated. SERVPRO of East Memphis responded, extracting over 800 gallons of water to quickly begin the drying process. Business interruption is a primary concern for commercial clients and us in tailoring services for each client. If you want more information about preventing damages, lessening down time in the event of a loss, and preparing for quick recovery in the event it should happen.

Local Retail Store with Damage

Commercial water damage occurred at this retail store when the sprinkler system activated accidentally. The sprinklers left standing water on the floors and lots of moisture on the ceiling tiles. SERVPRO was called to clean up the water and remediate the secondary damages. If water damage affects your business, call us!

Commercial Mold

We see many mold issues in both residential and commercial buildings. Still, once we arrive on the scene to remediate the issue, you can be sure there won't be any regrowth since we use antimicrobial spray.

pipe burst in Fort Worth office

Broken Pipe in Office

A pipe break caused this office to flood and damaged the carpet and walls. We removed the carpet and affected drywall. Then we brought in heaters and fans to dry up the excess moisture before restoring the facility.

Water Damage at a Daycare

This resulted from a busted pipe in one of the classroom's sinks that flowed from the bathroom, into the classroom, then eventually into the main hallway. SERVPRO of South Central Fort Worth, Edgecliff Village, was on the scene moving wet materials out of the way and extracting the carpet's standing water. Crews also removed any sinks, toilets, or tubs to dry out the bathroom. The customer couldn't believe how quickly and thoroughly we could extract the water and locate the cause of loss. SERVPRO made it seem, "Like it never even happened."
